What if Stephen Root were Goth? This week Ben uses watercolor paints and ink to imagine what character actor, Stephen Root would look like as a traditional, 80s goth. He also contemplates the hero worship of his younger days and a learning moment via KMFDM. Accepting the humanity of your heroes (be they gothic rockers or whoever) will help you to not be afraid to make your own art, music and pancakes.

Who would win in a fight between a traditional goth and a Chuck Norris wannabe? Ben tells the story while using ink on paper to draw a traditional goth sitting at home on his staircase, holding a candelabra.

Ben Walker-Storey draws a picture of Noel Fuchs, AKA Dr Mu (1962 - 2014, RIP) while he explores the topic of meeting your heroes. It's something that's come up a lot for him. This time he tells the story of the time he got a call from the infamous, melon-smashing stand-up comedian, Gallagher.

This week Ben uses his iPad Pro and Clip Studio to draw a traditional goth couple inspired by an 80s school dance photo. He also explores the night he felt too old to be at a goth/industrial dance-club.
